What You'll Do

• Support daily field operations and crew coordination
• Verify installations meet plans, specs, and SMACNA standards
• Conduct jobsite walkthroughs for quality, safety, and progress
• Coordinate material deliveries and fabrication schedules
• Mentor and coach apprentices and technicians
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and craftsmanship

What You Need

• 3+ years commercial/industrial sheet metal fabrication and installation experience
• Ability to read blueprints, specs, and mechanical drawings
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Desire to grow into field management
• Valid driver's license, insurable record
